Department Lead - Apparel

Rural King -  - Responsibilities:
Oversee inventory levels by conducting regular stock counts, scanning outs, reconciling discrepancies, and replenishing department inventory;
Manage the implementation of playbook features and planogram sets to maximize sales potential;
Maintain department cleanliness and displays consistent with indoor merchandising guide and company standards;
Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with inquiries and locate products;
Operate handheld devices and retail equipment and participate in cross-training across departments
