O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to deliver high-level service to retail and installer customers and support store management in daily tasks. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply and you will promote customer service programs, greet customers, and assist with merchandise selection.
You will handle calls, lookup parts, quote prices, and participate in stock control, cash handling, and returns following company policies. Training and multi-tasking are essential.
