Job DescriptionThe New Home Consultant at Lennar manages the new home purchase process from initial customer contact to closing, aiming to create a “tickled, delighted and happy” customer. The role involves daily operations at Welcome Home Centers, processing sale agreements, and closing sales in line with company business plans.

Your Role on the Team- Engage and establish relationships with visitors to understand their home buying needs, utilizing the company's selling philosophy.
- Self‑generate sales leads through community engagement, realtor partnerships, and proactive prospecting.
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of the competitive market, including products, community features, and demographics.
- Provide consistent follow‑through with customers from initial contact to post‑closing, maintaining accurate communication records.
- Participate in sales meetings, neighborhood promotions, and marketing programs.
- Ensure the maintenance of Welcome Home Center models and inventory homes.
- Complete required training and participate in community events and phone banks.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree and real‑estate license preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in homebuilding or real‑estate sales preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to use sales tracking tools.
- Self‑motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Regular, in‑person attendance at company communities / job sites and offices during regular work hours is essential. This is primarily an active position involving office/phone work and walking in all weather conditions, on uneven surfaces, within homesites. You must have a valid state driver’s license, be able to lift and carry supplies up to 25 pounds, and possess the finger dexterity to operate a computer keyboard and telephone equipment.
