This is a full-time, on-site Inside Sales Representative role based in Cullman, AL. The Inside Sales Representative will handle inbound and outbound customer communications, respond to inquiries, and provide detailed information on products and services. Day-to-day responsibilities include qualifying leads, preparing quotes, tracking orders, and coordinating with production and engineering teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery. The role involves maintaining relationships with existing accounts, identifying opportunities for additional services, and supporting customers with technical and service-related questions.
The Inside Sales Representative will also update CRM records, monitor follow-ups, and contribute to sales reports and forecasting.
- Candidates should possess strong Inside Sales skills, including comfort with phone and email communication and managing a sales pipeline.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain positive client relationships.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation and Account Management skills to identify new business opportunities and nurture existing accounts.
- Candidates should have clear verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail in quotes and documentation.
- Candidates should be proficient with CRM or sales management software and basic office productivity tools.
- Candidates should demonstrate the ability to learn technical product details related to electric motor components and repair services.
- Prior experience in industrial, manufacturing, or electrical/mechanical environments is beneficial.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education in business, sales, or a technical field is a plus, along with experience using excel.
