Responsibilities
- Follow all WRSM, OSHA and owner safety requirements
- Use basic skills to communicate and use simple tools and measuring devices to a ssist with roof maintenance and repairs
- Lay out materials needed to complete the job
- Clean-up work area after finishing the job
- Repair or replace broken materials
- Remove debris from roofs to place materials
- Ensure roofs protect buildings from weather conditions, such as rain or snow
- Follow safety rules
- Operate Vehicles, mechanized devices, equipment, and hand tools
- Perform test cut in various roof systems and properly patch
- Communicate with the Service Manager, Service Supervisor and Project Supervisor in order to complete the daily projectgoals
- Available to travel, in and out-of-state for both short and long-term assignments
