• Rotate through departments to gain a leadership perspective on the business.
• Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and services and build customer relationships.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Analyze sales data and assist in making informed business decisions.
• Collaborate with leaders on projects related to sales management and operational efficiency.
• Participate in professional development through Executive Leadership Seminars and Divisional Summits.

• Must have, or will obtain, a Bachelor’s degree within six months.
• Meet all Department of Transportation (Use the "Apply for this Job" box below). for driving a regulated vehicle over 10,000 lbs: hold an active driver’s license, be at least 21 years old, obtain DOT medical certification, and provide documentation of previous employment.

• Co‑op or internship experience in a Customer Service, Sales, Production, or Administrative role.
• Academic major related to business or a related field.
• A leadership or management role on campus or in extracurricular activities.
• Willingness to relocate regionally during or at the end of the program.

Base salary estimate: $55,000 per year. The range reflects skills, experience, training, and other business factors. Compensation decisions are based on each individual’s qualifications and circumstances.
