Project Scheduler For Large Scale Construction Projects
Required
Skills & Experience:
8+ years of project scheduling/project controls experience supporting large-scale construction projects. 3+ years of direct data center construction experience. Advanced Primavera P6 experience. Experience supporting projects valued at $350M+. Strong understanding of critical path methodology (CPM), schedule risk analysis, and recovery planning. Experience coordinating schedules across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and turnover teams. Ability to work onsite in Culpeper, VA.

Skills & Experience:
Experience supporting hyperscale data centers (Microsoft, AWS, Google, Meta, QTS, Vantage, etc.). Familiarity with mission-critical systems including electrical, mechanical, UPS, generators, switch gear, and commissioning activities. Experience managing contractor schedule updates and conducting schedule quality reviews. Experience with Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC), Acumen Fuse, Power BI, or similar schedule analytics tools. Owner's rep, EPC, GC, or program management background.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain integrated master schedules for large-scale data center construction projects. Analyze schedule performance, critical path, float consumption, and schedule risks. Partner with project managers, superintendents, engineers, procurement, and commissioning teams to ensure schedule alignment. Evaluate schedule impacts related to change orders, scope changes, and delays. Lead weekly and monthly schedule review meetings with stakeholders. Generate executive-level reporting, forecasting, and schedule recovery recommendations.
Provide schedule oversight through all phases, including design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover.
