KEYS Academy Paraprofessional

HEALTH CONNECT AMERICA, INC is hiring a KEYS Academy Paraprofessional to support students with behavioral, emotional, and learning needs in a therapeutic school setting. Working alongside licensed clinicians and teachers, you'll assist with implementing behavior support plans, reinforcing social and academic skills, supervising classrooms and small groups, and documenting student progress. You'll help maintain a safe, trauma informed environment, collaborate with families and community partners, and model positive coping strategies aligned with our mission of compassionate, client centered care.
