Senior Construction Engineering and Inspection Specialist

We currently have immediate openings for qualified candidates to support ongoing projects and engage in innovative urban mega projects, as well as rural initiatives around Harrisonburg/Staunton, VA
, Springfield, VA
, and Virginia Beach, VA
.

• 2 - 6+ years of experience in diverse highway projects, including bridge construction, roadway work, utility projects, and asphalt paving.
• VDOT certifications are strongly desired.
• Experience with VDOT is a plus.
• Expertise in bridge construction or as a Site Manager is highly valued.
• A commitment to safety, including the ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening in accordance with federal regulations.
• A valid driver's license.
• A satisfactory motor vehicle report (MVR).
• Depending on the role, a post-offer fit for duty evaluation to ensure the individual can perform the essential functions safely.
