We are seeking a passionate Program Supervisor to join our Adult Transitional Home team located in Culpeper, VA.
$2,000 sign‑on and retention bonus for FT, new hires
Your Role in Our MissionThe Program Supervisor oversees the administration and management of center‑based services in the Adult Transitional Home, ensuring high‑quality care for individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities and co‑occurring behavioral health needs. Primary responsibilities include clinical and administrative supervision of staff, coordination of admissions and transitions, and implementation of day programming. The role also ensures compliance with state licensing, monitors service documentation, and manages claims and revenue collection.
The Program Supervisor collaborates with clinical teams, families, and community partners. This position also participates in the residential on‑call rotation.

Enjoy a Monday – Friday, 9am‑5pm work schedule with additional flexibility needed at times for the on‑call rotation.
Benefits- Competitive salary: $60,000 to $70,000 for this full‑time exempt position

- The sign‑on and retention bonus is paid out upon successful completion of 90 days, 6 months, and your 1 year anniversary for FT, new hires. Plus, additional yearly stipends provided as grant funding permits!
- Supervision for licensure
- Master’s degree in health, psychology or social work
- Licensed or Licensed‑eligible preferred but not required
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in human services with a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP)
- 2 years of experience in intellectual/developmental disabilities, including programming for individuals with significant behavioral needs.
- 2 years of supervisory experience in a mental health or I/DD setting. Residential setting is preferred.
- A valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and current auto insurance.
