The Role

As a Clinical Supervisor, you will play a key leadership role in ensuring efficient, high-quality clinical operations while enhancing both the patient and team experience. Job Duties
  • Lead and coordinate daily clinical operations across assigned imaging areas
  • Oversee staff, workflow, scheduling, and equipment utilization
  • Ensure a safe, compliant environment aligned with regulatory standards
  • Drive process improvements to enhance patient care and operational efficiency
  • Support accreditation efforts and maintain HIPAA compliance
  • Foster a positive, team-oriented culture through strong communication and leadership
  • Collaborate with leadership and staff to continuously improve clinical practices
Requirements

Experience

  • Must have five years' experience working in medical imaging. Must have knowledge of all areas of department functions as needed for supervision of staff.

Education

  • Graduate of an accredited program in Radiology, Nuclear Medicine technology, or equivalent in experience.

License/Certification Requirements

  • Must meet the state licensure requirement for the state in which they practice.
  • BLS certification within first 60 days of hire.
  • Radiologic Technologists must be certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) in Radiography and maintain current valid registration from ARRT.
  • Must also hold an advanced registration through ARRT in another modality or obtain it within their first 12 months of employment.
