The Role
As a Clinical Supervisor, you will play a key leadership role in ensuring efficient, high-quality clinical operations while enhancing both the patient and team experience. Job Duties- Lead and coordinate daily clinical operations across assigned imaging areas
- Oversee staff, workflow, scheduling, and equipment utilization
- Ensure a safe, compliant environment aligned with regulatory standards
- Drive process improvements to enhance patient care and operational efficiency
- Support accreditation efforts and maintain HIPAA compliance
- Foster a positive, team-oriented culture through strong communication and leadership
- Collaborate with leadership and staff to continuously improve clinical practices
Experience
- Must have five years' experience working in medical imaging. Must have knowledge of all areas of department functions as needed for supervision of staff.
Education
- Graduate of an accredited program in Radiology, Nuclear Medicine technology, or equivalent in experience.
License/Certification Requirements
- Must meet the state licensure requirement for the state in which they practice.
- BLS certification within first 60 days of hire.
- Radiologic Technologists must be certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) in Radiography and maintain current valid registration from ARRT.
- Must also hold an advanced registration through ARRT in another modality or obtain it within their first 12 months of employment.
