Clearance Requirement: TS/SCI w/ Full Scope Polygraph

• Provide Tier 2 support to an organization's local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN), customer networks, intranet and internet and other data communications systems or a segment of a network system.
• Plan, coordinate, and implement network security measures to protect data, software, and hardware.
• Review user requests for upgrades or additions to the network to assess impact on performance and provide advice and guidance on the most practical technical approach.
• Apply software, hardware, and standard IT skills in analysis, specification, development, integration, and acquisition of open systems for Information Management (IM) applications.
• Ensure systems and applications are compliant with open systems architecture standards such as the IEEE Open Systems Environment (OSE) reference model across the application platform, API, and external environment/software application.
• Evaluate and recommend commercial off‑the‑shelf (COTS) applications and methodologies that provide interoperable, portable, and scalable IT solutions.
• Perform analysis and validation of reusable software and hardware components to ensure integration into interpretable IM designs.

• Sunday – Wednesday (8hrs) or Wednesday – Saturday (8hrs)
• Night shifts: 10pm – 6am or 6pm – 6am

• Hands‑on troubleshooting and fault isolation of IT business systems.
• Strong understanding of OSI model and configuration of routing protocols such as EIGRP, OSPF, MPLS, BGP, and LDP.
• Minimum 10years of applicable experience (combination of education and work history).
• All personnel work on a rotating shift schedule.
