Applicants must have had progressively responsible experience and training sufficient in scope and quality to furnish them with an acceptable level of the following knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the duties of the position without more than normal supervision.
Knowledge of moving image formats and their content for implementation in digital access projects within a library or museum (digital and analog formats).**
Ability to research, analyze, and provide solutions for workflow, presentation, description, and/or access issues related to digital library services and collections, or comparable digital systems.**
Ability to apply project management techniques and processes to implement digital library projects or programs.
Ability to serve as a liaison and interact collaboratively with others.
Ability to communicate effectively in writing.
Ability to communicate effectively other than in writing.
