Health Resources and Services Administration Office of Operations
As an Information Technology Specialist, you will use your knowledge and experience to optimize business results and customer experience by:
- Serving as a senior systems architecture authority (Cybersecurity Code 652), leading the design, evaluation, and approval of secure system and network architectures.
- Provides expert system administration and cybersecurity operations (Cybersecurity Code 451) to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of enterprise systems, networks, and data.
- Designing, implementing, and overseeing secure network architectures including segmentation, firewalls, VPNs, secure gateways, and cloud-native networking controls.
- Leading technology research, innovation, and cybersecurity engineering efforts (Cybersecurity Code 661) to evaluate and implement emerging technologies that strengthen the organization's security posture.
