What to Expect:
** In this role, you will:
*** Work alongside a team of technicians to perform preventive and reactive maintenance across electrical, mechanical, and security systems
* Support the Facilities Manager by assisting with on-site decisions, helping distribute tasks, and participating in team meetings
* Follow technical safety guidelines and ensure compliance with operational standards
* Assist in managing vendor activities and project execution, including upgrades and repairs
* Contribute to reporting and analysis, track consumption data, and maintain accurate documentation
* Participate in process improvement efforts and support Facilities Excellence initiatives
* Provide technical support for complex issues and share knowledge to help develop junior team members

What will make you successful:
** We are seeking professionals with:
*** Minimum 3-5 years of experience in facilities maintenance, with proven team leadership
* Strong electrical background, ideally with data center experience
* Hands-on expertise with UPS systems, generators, switch gear, and mechanical systems (chillers, HVAC, downflow units)
* Familiarity with physical security systems (access control, CCTV, intrusion detection)
* Experience in project management and vendor coordination
* Desire to take proactive ownership of assigned tasks and drive them to completion
* Ability to lead with confidence, communicate effectively, and make decisions under pressure

**** The estimated salary range for a new hire in this position in Virginia is $73,073.00 USD Annual MINIMUM to $ USD Annual MAXIMUM. Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. Our compensation packages include a competitive base salary and bonus opportunity for all employee’s contingent on personal and company performance.
