General Maintenance Worker - Part‑time
Donohoe Hospitality Services is seeking a General Maintenance Worker to support the operation and maintenance of its facilities in Culpeper, VA. This temporary position is Monday–Friday, 4:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m., expected to last 6–8 weeks.
Responsibilities- Assist Engineers and mechanics as directed.
- Perform general maintenance and repair of building surfaces.
- Repair mechanical, electrical, and sanitary systems.
- Replace electrical receptacles, wires, switches, fixtures, and motors.
- Place or remove systems and equipment as directed.
- Conduct daily tours and log equipment readouts.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- At least 3 years of building maintenance experience.
- Experience in carpentry, light electrical, light plumbing, painting, and mechanical building systems.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license.
