Production Associate (Utility Operator)

As a Utility Operator, you will maintain the sanitary condition of the facility and fill in for one to two operating positions in the plant. You will be expected to carry out all activities with reliability, integrity, compliance, and in a safe, environmentally responsible, and efficient manner.

• Routine cleaning of floors, equipment, roofs and outdoor grounds
• Specialized cleaning tasks (e.g., bin cleanings, sifter and filter sock changes)
• Basic process maintenance duties
• Cross‑train in at least one other operator job
• Follow all personnel, equipment, and sanitation safety policies
• Climb stairs and ladders (step and extension) as required
• Wear required PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, steel‑toe boots, gloves) and task‑specific PPE (respiratory protection, goggles, etc.)
• Follow verbal and written instructions (English) and communicate with peers and supervisors (English)

• Must be willing and able to work additional hours, including overtime, weekends, and holidays
• English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Willingness to accept accountability and work well in a team environment
• Basic computer knowledge and skills (good to have)
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Work outside in the elements

• Base salary: $18.50 - $20.50 per hour, commensurate with experience
• Annual performance bonus up to 5% (OIP)
