Shift: 7a‑7p (weekends rotate)
Sign on Bonus: $15,000
Compensation: $33.02 – $58.90 hourly, subject to shift differentials, clinical ladders, and other incentives.

The Registered Nurse serves as the leader of the healthcare team, establishing authentic personalized relationships with patients and their support systems. Collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members, the RN assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates individualized plans of care that promote optimal health. The RN provides and documents patient care under the direction and supervision of the Assistant Nurse Manager/Nurse Manager, utilizing best scientific evidence and compassion to support patients throughout their health journey.

• Provide and document nursing care in accordance with current policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with physicians and team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
• Ensure medication administration follows the five rights and accurately record medication administration.
• Communicate patient status and care needs verbally and in written form to the care team.
• Assist in critical situations, including administering CPR and performing emergency interventions.
• Participate in charge responsibilities, managing patient flow and staffing assignments as required.
• Perform basic nursing skills for multiple patients, including starting IVs, dressing changes, and basic procedures.
• Operate equipment such as portable cardiac monitors and bedside commodes.
• Provide patient transfers and transport via wheelchair, hospital bed, or stretcher to other departments.
• Adhere to safety protocols, including use of HEPA masks and other infection prevention equipment.

• Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required; 4‑Year/Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Experience: 1 year of relevant nursing experience preferred.
• Licensure: Current RN licensure in applicable state required. CPI certification required within three months of hire for Behavioral Health, Emergency Department, and CSSO. Refresher course required for inactive, retired, or lapsed licenses (five years or more).
• Skills: Ability to perform basic nursing skills on groups of patients, multitask, prioritize quickly, administer medication using the five rights, communicate verbally and in written form, basic computer knowledge, and safely care for all patient populations.

• Medium to heavy physical demand: constant standing, frequent walking, bending/stooping, lifting/pushing/pulling up to 100 lbs.
• Requires proficient communicative, auditory, and visual skills; attention to detail; ability to write legibly.
• Use of safe handling equipment for any weight over 35 lbs.

• Safety equipment (e.g., HEPA mask) required for infection prevention.
• On‑call responsibilities as directed.
• Ability to travel between campus buildings, remote facilities, and out of town as needed.
