About the Role

As a Registered Nurse, you'll play an important role in supporting both our family practice and IV infusion services while helping create an outstanding patient experience from check‑in through follow‑up care. This position combines direct patient care, clinical assessment, IV therapy, patient education, and care coordination within a collaborative outpatient environment.

You'll work closely with providers to ensure efficient clinic operations while helping patients feel comfortable, informed, and supported throughout their care.

What You'll Do

Provide direct nursing care by preparing patients for appointments, obtaining vital signs, updating health histories, and completing medication reconciliation. Perform clinical triage for in‑person visits, phone calls, and patient portal messages while recognizing concerns that require provider intervention.

Administer medications, vaccines, injections, and point‑of‑care testing according to physician orders and established clinical protocols. Collect laboratory specimens, coordinate follow‑up care, review results with providers, and assist with office procedures including wound care, suture removal, ear irrigation, and other outpatient treatments.

Support our IV therapy program by starting peripheral IVs, preparing and administering prescribed infusion therapies, monitoring patients throughout treatment, recognizing adverse reactions, and responding appropriately to ensure patient safety.

Educate patients regarding medications, treatment plans, chronic disease management, nutrition, lifestyle modifications, and follow‑up instructions while helping them feel confident in managing their health.

Maintain complete and accurate electronic medical records, follow HIPAA guidelines, comply with infection prevention and medication safety standards, maintain treatment room readiness, monitor medical supplies, and collaborate with the clinical team…
