Job Title: Quality Assurance Administrator

Department: Quality Assurance

Pay Range: Starting at $18.00–$20.00 per hour, based on experience

Position Summary

The Quality Assurance Administrator plays a key role in maintaining, verifying, and controlling quality documentation to ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, and internal standards. This position supports accurate order fulfillment by ensuring all quality records are complete, up‑to‑date, and properly managed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Verify current revision status of specifications, drawings, and customer requirements

Review inspection results and determine compliance with applicable standards

Prepare and document compliance on Certificates of Conformance

Identify, report, and assist in resolving non‑conformances

Verify, track, and control external quality records

Maintain electronic document control systems and ensure proper record retention

Distribute quality stamps and maintain accurate distribution logs

Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Required Qualifications

Strong technical understanding of product and process requirements

Solid mathematical aptitude

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Strong computer and data‑entry skills

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

Strong organizational, time‑management, and project‑coordination skills

Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently

Associate’s degree in business or a related field preferred
