General Merchandise Team Associate

Salary: $14.50 - $27.50/hr*

Full-time

Shift may start between 8:00am - 11:00am or 1:00pm - 4:00pm

General merchandise associates greet customers on the sales floor, offer assistance, recommend merchandise based on the customer's wants and needs, ensure Hobbies & Home Improvement displays are maintained and in proper order throughout the day, and may be required to perform paint mixing and fabric cutting.

• Greet customers and assist them in finding products based on their needs.
• Maintain and organize displays to ensure a clean and appealing sales environment.
• Stock shelves, replenish inventory, and oversee merchandise placement.
• Answer customer questions and provide product information.
• Assist with checkout and, when needed, support fellow associates.

• Walk up to 5 miles each day while fulfilling online customer orders.
• Review customer orders, locate and select merchandise on the sales floor.
• Ensure customer orders are filled accurately.
• Smile, greet, and thank customers with a positive attitude.
• Dispense customer orders quickly and accurately in varying weather conditions.
