Hourly Position Starting At: $13.27

• Ensures all crew members are wowing the customer through personal contact with customers.
• Trains crew on the B.E.S.T. customer service experience, ensuring each guest has a fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversees daily activities of all store associates, ensuring they perform duties effectively and provide excellent customer service.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock to ensure items are placed quickly on the sales floor.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, taking full responsibility for store operations, staff management, customer service, and urgent issues.
• Manages the entire process of opening or closing the store, including securing cash, locking doors, setting alarms, and ensuring smooth daily operation.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates, helping them learn store policies, product knowledge, and operational procedures.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses by actively seeking ways to boost sales through merchandising, staff performance, and customer service.
• Partners with store leadership team in merchandising procedures and world recovery.
• Performs store maintenance such as taking out garbage, sweeping, cleaning bathrooms, and maintaining stock room.

• High School Graduate or equivalent; college experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Creative thinker.
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

• Frequently operate cash register.
• Frequently move merchandise weighing up to 25 lbs and place/remove merchandise up to a height of 5-10 feet.
• Frequently ascend/descend ladders to retrieve and put away stock.
• Frequently kneel, bend, twist, and stoop, including in the stock room and sales floor.
• Frequently communicate with customers on the telephone and face-to-face in the store, and with managers and coworkers.
• Must accurately exchange information in these situations.
• Frequently move across the sales floor assisting customers and to/from the stock room.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including day, evening, weekends, overnight shifts, and occasional travel.
• Must identify and interpret email and print instructions regarding merchandise layouts, associate schedules, and standard operating procedures.
• Must remain in a stationary, upright position for 80% of the time.
