Kona Ice of Culpeper, Locust Grove, Warrenton operates 2 Kona Ice trucks as well as 1 Travelin' Tom's Coffee truck. We serve the following counties:
Culpeper, Greene, Fauquier, Madison, Prince William, and Orange. Kona Ice of Culpeper, Locust Grove, Warrenton has donated over $ to our local communities since we opened in 2019.

• Represent the Kona Ice brand by delivering a memorable experience and outstanding customer service
• Provide superior service to clients and customers with speed and accuracy
• Assist Event Specialist/Driver in completing event procedures, warehouse expectations and needed areas to run a successful event
• Maintain a safe, secure, and pleasant work environment, work well with other team members, and provide ongoing feedback to improve the work environment
• Comply with the hygiene, health, and sanitation guidelines
• Responsible for operating, maintaining and keeping clean all equipment on the trucks; maintain warehouse expectations and cleanliness of work environment, including basic cleaning of trucks/warehouse
• Complete beginning- and end-of-shift prepping and stocking, cash counts, event closing procedures
• Must be able to read, count money, and accurately complete documentation
• Communicate maintenance and inventory needs to appropriate staff
• Other duties as assigned

• $15.50 starting hourly pay + tips

• At least 16 years of age or older
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work
• Must be available most Friday evenings, Saturdays, and Sundays during our busy season (April‑November)
• Must be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 30 lbs
• Must be able to pass background check
• Basic math skills are a must
• Must be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours)
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
