This position is located at 15419 Brandy Rd, Culpeper, VA 22701.

• Competitive Compensation – 1st‑year annual compensation of $53,024 (average 46‑hour work week), plus an hourly rate of $20.81 with overtime. Management trainees in Charlottesville & Culpeper receive an additional $150/month to target a total of $54,824 annually.

• Learn the business from day one while based out of a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and as an operational expert behind the scenes.
• Eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.
• Receive guidance, mentoring, and support to be successful.
• Engage with the community and build essential relationships for business growth.
• Excel in customer service, sales & marketing, finance, and operations, always putting customers first.

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 6 months experience in one of the following areas:
• Sales – commission sales or sales with set goals and/or bonus potential.
• Customer service in a sales industry (e.g., retail restaurant, hospitality, call center).
• Participation as an athlete on a professional, semi‑professional or collegiate team.
• Leadership role in the military, clubs, organizations or community involvement.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations/speeding tickets and/or at‑fault accidents within the past 3 years (total points not exceeding
  8).
• No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record (DWI/DUI) in the past 3 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by Enterprise Mobility now or in the future.
