** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following site-specific security-related procedures, access protocols, and post orders, and/or assisting with emergency response activities as directed.

+ Conduct regular and random armed patrols of the facility, grounds, and perimeter, checking doors, gates, loading areas, and critical infrastructure spaces to help to deter unauthorized activity.

+ Monitor alarms, CCTV, and other site systems, assess unusual conditions, and take appropriate action within scope, including notifying site contacts and/or dispatching public emergency services when needed.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, providing verbal direction, documenting observations, and escalating concerns through the chain of command.

+ Complete detailed reports, incident documentation, and shift logs, and coordinate with on-site personnel and Allied Universal leadership to support continuity of operations and adherence to site policies.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + Hold a CPO certification.

+ Possess an armed guard card/license.

+ Be at least 21 years of age.

+ CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Participate in industry-specific security training programs.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
