Security Officer Armed Patrol Driver in CULPEPER, VA
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join Allied Universal as an armed, driving patrol officer at a commercial real estate location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and support a professional environment through strong communication and customer service.

Pay Rate: $25.00 / Hour
Job Schedule:
- Mon: 10:00 PM – 06:00 AM
- Tue: 10:00 PM – 06:00 AM
- Fri: 10:00 PM – 06:00 AM
- Sun: 01:00 PM – 12:00 AM
- Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at the location.
- Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or public emergency personnel as needed.
- Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the building, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity, unsecured access points, and other security-related concerns.
- Monitor entrances, restricted areas, and key access points while verifying credentials, controlling authorized entry, and reporting policy violations and/or suspicious behavior.
- Support de-escalation efforts and provide a visible presence that helps to deter unwanted activity while following post orders, use of force guidelines, and Allied Universal standards.
- Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
- A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.
- Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Have at least 2 years of service in a healthcare or medical-related field.
- Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
