As a Security Officer Armed Medical Patrol Driver in CULPEPER, VA
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Armed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a professional atmosphere through strong customer service and communication. Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $25.00 / Hour

Job Schedule: Monday – Friday, 02:00 PM – 10:00 PM

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, using de-escalation techniques and contacting law enforcement, fire, and/or medical personnel when needed.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the building, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and/or visitor information, and document security-related events, observations, and incident details in accordance with site expectations.
• Support a professional presence at the location by communicating clearly with property management and/or occupants, following post orders, and reporting maintenance, lighting, and other property concerns that could affect daily operations.

• At least 2 years of security-related experience.
• At least 2 years of service in a healthcare or medical-related field.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions, issued in the state where the job is located.
• Proof of a high school diploma or GED.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Background investigation and drug screening required.
• Participation in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements subject to state and/or local laws and regulations; may be required prior to employment.
