Lead Technician; Restoration

Voda Cleaning & Restoration is seeking an experienced Lead Restoration Technician to join our growing team. If you're an experienced restoration professional who takes pride in quality workmanship, customer service, and leadership, we'd like to hear from you.

The Lead Restoration Technician is responsible for leading water, mold, fire, and biohazard restoration projects from initial mitigation through project completion. This position requires strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, estimating experience, and the ability to manage multiple projects while delivering exceptional customer service.

Required:

• Minimum 3 years of restoration industry experience
• Current IICRC Certification (WRT required; ASD, AMRT, FSRT, or additional certifications preferred)
• Experience leading restoration crews
• Experience with water mitigation, mold remediation, and structural drying
• Ability to prepare estimates using Xactimate or similar estimating software
• Experience managing restoration projects from start to finish
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Availability for after-hours emergency response and on-call rotation

• Additional IICRC certifications
• Experience working with insurance carriers and adjusters
• Experience training and mentoring technicians

• Lead mitigation and remediation crews on residential and commercial losses
• Perform water extraction, demolition, drying, mold remediation, and cleaning services
• Conduct moisture inspections and create drying plans
• Prepare accurate Xactimate estimates and job documentation
• Manage projects from initial inspection through completion
• Communicate professionally with customers, adjusters, property managers, and subcontractors
• Ensure all work meets IICRC standards and company quality expectations
• Maintain equipment, vehicles, and inventory
• Train and mentor restoration technicians
• Complete job documentation, daily notes, photos, and moisture readings
• Follow all company safety policies and OSHA requirements
