• Require Documents:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in social work, behavioral sciences, counseling, education, or a related field.
  • Alternative Education Qualification Pathway: A minimum of five (5) years of a combination of college education, training, and relevant professional experience that demonstrates the applicant is likely to possess the required skills, knowledge, and abilities may be considered in lieu of a college degree.
• Three (3) or more years of professional experience in non-profit, educational, mental health, social work, community organizing, or related support organizations.
• Successful program management experience in human services, education, business services, or other related settings (preferred).
• Demonstrated cultural competence, including an understanding of and sensitivity to cultural diversity and other social identities such as social class.

Licenses and other Requirements:

• Possession of a valid California Drivers' License, and use of a vehicle;
  Insurability by the District's liability insurance carrier.
