EURO-COMPOSITES® Corporation, a leading global manufacturer of lightweight composite products for the aerospace industry, is searching for a dedicated Warehouse and Receiving Associate to join our team in Culpeper, Virginia.

In this role, you will play a vital part in keeping our production lines running smoothly by:
- Unloading, inspecting, and logging incoming materials from both suppliers and internal production
- Maintaining accurate and organized receiving paperwork to ensure proper record-keeping
- Reporting any damages or shortages to designated personnel
- Preparing and organizing received materials for inventory purposes
- Effectively storing received items in designated warehouse locations
- Utilizing our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to update inventory, create labels for new materials, and manage transfers
- Using portable data collection devices (PPCs) and barcode scanners to track, receive, and move materials accurately
- Assisting with picking and staging materials for production
- Proficiently using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Access databases
- Performing regular inventory cycle counts (weekly and monthly) to maintain accurate stock levels
- Assisting with overall warehouse inventory control and record maintenance
- Operating dollies, forklifts, and other material‑handling equipment to move shipments throughout the warehouse
- Keeping the receiving and warehouse areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
- Performing other duties as assigned
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- The ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- A high school diploma or GED
- The ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
- A strong team‑player attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with PPCs (portable data collectors) and barcode scanners for inventory and material tracking
- Willingness to be trained on operating warehouse machinery (a plus)
