Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP and tax basis
- AP,AR, and review invoices, including vendor coding, approval verification, and budgetary review
- Monitor daily cash balances, review monthly bank statements, prepare bank reconciliations and cash flow statements
- Prepare detailed analysis of balance sheet and income statement and research account variances in a timely manner
- Work closely with all RCMI employees on all issues including tenant and vendor related matters
- Perform special projects as required by CFO and/or Controller
- Bachelor degree in Accounting or Business
- Proficiency with standard systems and spreadsheets for invoicing and billing
- Strong Excel skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fundamental understanding of tax and accrual basis accounting
- Real Estate industry experience (preferable)
- Yardi Voyager property management software experience (preferable)
