Accountant, Accounting Manager, Financial Reporting

Forum One is seeking an experienced Accountant with a strong background in finance systems, modernization, and process improvement. This role is ideal for a systems-savvy accounting professional who thrives on optimizing workflows, improving close efficiency, strengthening internal controls, and ensuring seamless integration between platforms such as Quick Books Online and Certinia. The Accountant will play a key role in modernizing AP, AR, reporting, and month-end processes while maintaining accuracy and compliance across the accounting cycle.

This position is well-suited for a proactive accounting professional who combines strong technical accounting skills with a passion for systems improvement and operational excellence.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• Minimum of five (5) years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a professional services environment.
• Strong GAAP knowledge, including revenue recognition
• Advanced experience with accounting systems (Quick Books Online and Certinia preferred)
• Experience with compliance reporting (state, federal, GSA preferred)
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines
