Up to $165,000 Base + Benefits Must-Haves:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (required) 6–12+ years of progressive accounting experience with demonstrated management progression Experience at an organization with $100M+ operating budget Has directly owned external audit liaison, internal controls, financial reporting, and cash management Full-cycle accounting operations exposure: GL, AP, and payroll Strong Pluses: CPA or active CPA candidate Nonprofit, government-contracted, or grant-funded organization experience ERP or accounting system implementation/migration experience US Citizens or Permanent Residents welcome to apply.
