This role reports directly to the CFO, oversees a team across general ledger, accounts payable, and payroll, and serves as the primary liaison for external audits and regulatory compliance. Mid‑City, Los Angeles, CA — Fully Onsite, Monday through Friday

Up to $165,000 Base + Benefits

• Report directly to the CFO and provide executive‑level financial oversight.
• Lead and manage a cross‑functional team in general ledger, accounts payable, and payroll.
• Serve as the primary liaison for external audits and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and internal control procedures.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (required)
• 6–12+ years of progressive accounting experience with demonstrated management progression
• Experience at an organization with $100M+ operating budget
• Direct ownership of external audit liaison, internal controls, financial reporting, and cash management
• Full‑cycle accounting operations exposure: GL, AP, and payroll

• CPA or active CPA candidate
• Nonprofit, government‑contracted, or grant‑funded organization experience
• ERP or accounting system implementation/migration experience
