Onsite/ Hybrid/ Remote: Hybrid (3 days a week onsite)
Duration: 6 Months
Rate Range: Upto $30/hr on W2
Work Authorization: GC, USC, All valid EADs except H1B, OPT, CPT
Must Have- Union payroll processing
- SAP
- Advanced Microsoft Excel
- Accounts Payable
- Job Cost Accounting
- Journal Entries and Accruals
- Budget vs. Actual Reporting
- Ariba
- Process and audit union payroll using UKG.
- Review labor hours and ensure payroll accuracy and policy compliance.
- Process payroll adjustments, labor reallocations, and correcting journal entries.
- Support monthly close through journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations.
- Monitor departmental budgets and prepare variance reports.
- Process purchase requisitions, invoices, vendor payments, and AP transactions.
- Track labor, material, and service costs for job costing.
- Prepare billing journals and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Generate recurring financial and operational reports using SAP and Excel.
- Partner with Finance, Accounts Payable, Facilities, and Operations teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of payroll and financial administration experience.
- Recent hands-on experience processing union payroll.
- Strong experience with UKG, SAP, Ariba, and Excel.
- Experience with Accounts Payable in a medium to high-volume environment.
- Experience preparing journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.
- Ability to clearly explain payroll processes, financial reporting, and day-to- day responsibilities.
- Facilities, construction, studio operations, or entertainment industry experience is preferred.
