Hackman Capital seeks an experienced Controller to own accounting, administration, and reporting for multiple properties. You will lead month-end closes, audits, budgeting, internal controls, and investor reporting while mentoring accounting staff.
The ideal candidate has 7–10 years of progressive accounting, 3+ years in property/fund accounting, CPA a plus, and hands-on expertise with MRI, Yardi, Kardin; advanced Excel and financial modeling.
