Executive Assistant, Global Entertainment Legal

Amazon Legal is seeking a self-driven, highly organized Executive Assistant to support the Vice President of Global Entertainment Legal – an organization within the Legal Department that provides legal support for Amazon MGM Studios, Prime Video, Amazon Music, Luna, Amazon Games, Audible, and Twitch. A high degree of diplomacy, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information is essential, as is the ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment and to deliver high-quality results.

As the lead EA of the Global Entertainment Legal organization, this role also partners with the leadership team and their EAs to foster a process-driven, efficient, and inclusive environment.

This is a Culver City based role, and the ability to work in-office five days a week is required.

• Complex calendar management and coordination for high-level internal and external meetings
• Seamless travel management including frequent domestic and international travel, as well as expense reporting
• Manage team building activities
• Partnering collaboratively with fellow Executive Assistants and Legal Professionals, locally and globally
• Have fun, work hard, and make history

• 5+ years of executive assistant experience
• Experience with executive level calendar management
• Experience with domestic or international travel coordination
• Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
• Experience working in a matrixed organization
• Ability to work with existing AI tools and willingness to experiment with new AI tools
