Executive Assistant – Amazon MGM Studios Distribution
Culver City, CA.
Amazon MGM Studios Distribution (AMSD) is seeking a dedicated, self-driven Executive Assistant to support our WW Head of Distribution and two additional executives. The candidate must be highly organized, extremely detail‑oriented, and able to respond effectively to changing workloads and priorities. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of coordinating with a global team while working in a fast‑paced, multi‑stakeholder environment.
Key Job Responsibilities- Manage complex calendars and scheduling with leaders and the team across time zones.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel itineraries with seamless logistics.
- Manage expense report coordination and submission.
- Coordinate and engage with leadership in planning and organizing events and activities.
- Support the creation and distribution of sales materials and presentations.
- Act as a liaison for direct reports and business stakeholders.
Amazon MGM Studios Distribution oversees licensing of Amazon's movies and series and MGM new releases and library movies and series including the film franchises James Bond, Rocky and Creed, and the series The Handmaid's Tale, Vikings and Fargo.
Basic Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or equivalent.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
- 1‑2 years of experience in media, entertainment, or a related industry.
- Experience working in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proven ability to prioritize multiple skills.
- Passion for Film & Television.
- International experience working abroad (a plus).

The base pay for this position ranges from $42,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $79,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign‑on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
