Job Summary

Pacific Horizons Collective Corporation, a consulting and financial services firm based in Culver City, CA, is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to provide direct client support related to our financial planning, retirement guidance, loan consulting, and business strategy services. This is an in‑office position where the representative will interact with clients face‑to‑face, by phone, and via email to assist with service inquiries, appointment coordination, documentation processing, and general support related to the company's consulting and financial service offerings.

Daily

Responsibilities
  • Greet clients in person at the office and assist with appointment check‑in
  • Answer inbound phone calls and respond to email inquiries regarding company services
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for client consultations
  • Maintain accurate and organized client records
  • Assist clients with completing necessary forms and documentation
  • Coordinate communication between clients and internal consultants
  • Ensure a professional and welcoming office environment
Work Environment
  • In‑person, office‑based role in Culver City, CA
  • Client‑facing, professional office setting
  • Standard weekday business hours

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional demeanor and ability to interact with clients in person

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Employment Classification
