Key Responsibilities:

• Assist students with classroom participation, daily routines, and smooth transitions
• Deliver academic, social, and behavioral support under the guidance of teachers and staff
• Implement behavior support plans and follow Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) as directed
• Provide mobility, supervision, and personal care assistance as needed
• Contribute to a safe and inclusive educational environment

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 18 years of age
• Current TB test (district-compliant)
• Physically able to stand, walk, and assist with lifting
• Clearance requirements must be current or secured before starting

Preferred Experience:

• Prior work in schools, special education, behavioral health, or childcare
• Experience supporting students facing behavioral challenges, special needs, or autism
• CPI, PMT, or RBT certifications (a plus, not required)
• Reliable, patient, and collaborative personality
