Senior Digital Delivery Lead

PAE is looking for a Lead BIM Specialist to act as a senior technical authority in BIM and digital delivery, leading BIM on PAE's most complex projects, mentoring BIM staff across offices, and contributing significantly to firmwide standards and continuous improvement without formal people‑management responsibilities.

• Serve as lead BIM specialist on high‑visibility and complex projects, acting as the primary BIM authority for clients and external partners and supporting Regional BIM Managers.
• Advise Project Managers on BIM scope, LOD, schedule, and fee implications.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to develop work plans for addressing BIM‑related technical and coordination issues.
• Lead BIM project deliverables in partnership with Project Managers and Project Coordinators.
• Provide advanced technical mentorship to BIM Specialists and Digital Design Technicians.
• Lead BIM 360/ACC configuration and model exchange strategies for major projects.
• Conduct rigorous AQ/QC reviews of models and documentation; produce markups and guidance.
• Train project teams on QMP requirements and BIM execution best practices.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of firmwide BIM standards and BIM Execution Plan frameworks.
• Regularly share lessons learned and emerging best practices with the broader BIM community at PAE.
• Lead or co‑lead BIM/Revit kickoff meetings, mentoring other BIM staff in planning and facilitating these sessions while sharing best practices with internal and external teams.
• Apply deep understanding of BIM LOD to support proposal development and contract deliverable definitions.
• Support and lead internal BIM development tasks, pilots, and rollouts of new digital delivery tools to advance firmwide digital delivery capabilities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience;
  Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 8+ years of AEC industry experience with 2+ years of BIM leadership in projects.
• Extensive knowledge of the construction industry and engineering disciplines, especially MEP‑rich projects.
• Extensive experience and expertise in using Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360/ACC and related digital delivery tools.
• Expert proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, including Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, Lists, Power Automate, Power BI, Stream, Planner, Teams, One Drive, and One Note, to support automation, reporting, knowledge sharing, and firmwide BIM initiatives.
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills, including client‑facing and internal presentation.
• Autodesk Certified Professional in Revit for Mechanical or Electrical Design preferred.
• Autodesk Certified Professional in AutoCAD for Design and Drafting preferred.
• Willingness to travel to support key projects and coordination across offices.

Hiring Base Salary Range: $86,400 – $115,600 annual. This position is eligible for time and a half overtime pay.
