EON is building the highest-throughput point-to-point data transport network in space, with optics mounted for sub-micron precision under thermal and vibration stresses. You will design assemblies and alignment schemes, collaborate across Optical Design and Thermal teams, and drive tolerances to ensure robust performance from bench to launch.
The role spans concept through first light, with hands-on lab time and a focus on precision hardware for a Tbps-class link from the start.
