The Finance Project Coordinator is responsible for financial management of experiential marketing projects including oversight of revenue recognition, financial reporting, forecasting, and process compliance. The Project Finance Coordinator will function as the Business liaison on larger or more complex projects or clients including contract and pricing negotiations (with oversight).

• Coordinatedatacollectionforclientaudits
• Communicatewithinternalprojectteamsregardingbudgets,billing,andaccountsreceivableissues
• Maintaincatalogofrequiredclientreportingandensuretimelycompletion

• Supportprojectteamsinbuildingandenteringclientbudgets,respondingtoRFP'sanddevelopingbudgets(with oversight)
• Ensurethatprojectsaremanagedinaccordancewithcontracts;createsummarysheetsforaccountandprojectteams
• Ensurewrittenclientagreementsareobtained(via contract,letterofagreement,signedSOW,etc.)forallworkandareappropriatelyarchivedandclassified.
  
  Liaise with Contract Specialists and Legal .
• Assistprojectteamswithmonthlyprojectbudgettoactualtrackingandotherrequiredclientreporting
• Reviewandapprovescopesandstaffingplans;escalateissuestofinanceleadasappropriate.
• Reviewmonthlyfeeandexpensedetails.
  
  Analyzeaccuracyandexplainsignificantvariancestobudgetorforecast
• Preparemanagementreportsandidentifyandcommunicateareasofconcernandsuggestedimprovementstoprojectstaffandmanagement(e.g.,client profitability,utilization,over/under service,missing time,revenueriskandstaffingplans)
• Facilitatemonthlybillingliaisonbetweenprojectteamandfinance/accountingdepartmentandreviewbillingreports
• Reviewtimeandexpensewrite-offsandunbilledWIP
• Workwithprojectteamtominimizeriskexposuresurroundingaccountsreceivablesandcreditrequirementsofclients
• AccountablefortimelyandvaluableARcollectionstatuscommentaryandliaisonwith Accounts Receivable
• Superviseprojectsetupprocessforprojectteamandperformfinanceliaisonroleforlargerormorecomplexprojects.
• Driveprofitabilitybyworkingwithaccounts,production,and management
• Reviewstaffingutilization,realization,andcapacityandproactivelycommunicatemeaningfulobservationswithleaders
• Ensurecompliancewithcompanyfinancialpolicies(e.g.,revenue recognition,project requisitions,timeentry,travelandexpense,credit,billing,accounts payable,new business)
• Adhocrequestsandprojects

• Theidealcandidatewillhavea Bachelor'sDegreein Financeor Accountingwithtwoyearsof Financeor Accountingexperiencepreferred .
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills .

• Theidealcandidatewillhaveexcellentwritten,oral,andinterpersonalcommunicationskills,beclientserviceorientedandfosterpositiveworkingrelationships.
