In this role, you will perform the following:
- Own external reporting, from instrumentation QA to business logic updates to report generation and validation.
- Building the daily quality pipeline, creating reporting to automatically monitor for regressions and coordinating with instrumentation leads to surface data quality concerns early in the development cycle.
- Perform root cause analysis for identifying anomalous data points.
- Serve as an internal liaison to other teams to support knowledge sharing of our data and best practices for its use.
- Build visual reports and dashboards using solutions such as Tableau, Looker, Jupyter, etc.
- Work with large volumes of data, extract and manipulate large datasets using tools such as Spark SQL.
- Communicate complex concepts and the results of the analyses in a clear and effective manner to senior management.
- 4+ years experience with SQL
- Basic understanding of Python for pipeline development
- Strong product intuition, data analysis skills, and business presentation skills /story-telling
- Capable of working with large sets of data in a variety of tools including internal app behavioral data, and industry-standard tools
- Delivery-oriented, able to lead and execute analysis efforts from start to finish Ideal
- B.Sc. in the fields of CS, EE, Information Systems, Analytics, or similar academic areas
- Candidate should be self-motivated with a can-do attitude. Great teammate, have strong interpersonal skills, go-getter
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $134,800 and $245,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
