Head of Selection, New Service, Delivery Experience
Want to be on a team that invents the future e-commerce model with Amazon in Japan? Amazon Delivery Experience (DEX) is seeking a customer‑obsessed Principal Product Manager to manage the brand and selection strategy for a new service – deliver highly curated everyday essentials, grocery, and premium assortment to JP customers.
This is a high visibility role and an advisor to VP+ level stakeholders. You will be on a launch team that charters new business models in Amazon Japan. The Principal Product Manager has responsibilities to identify brand/selection trends in Japan's commerce landscape and offline alternatives, uncover insights in customer occasions, drive selection acquisition in partnership with Biz Dev and category teams, and manage supporting functions (supply chain, shopping CX, fulfillment) to create a best‑in‑Japan experience.
Hands‑on experiences in Category management, Grocery/Perishable industries, strategic partnership and supply chain management, will be a huge plus to this role.
Key job responsibilities- Drive the strategy for Amazon Quick Commerce category and selection growth in Japan.
- Collaborate with diverse partner teams to manage the instock, supply chain, and delivery experience for the curated selection.
- Advise VP+ stakeholders on customer/brand insights in JP digital grocery and quick commerce space.

Qualifications- 12+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
- Experience with end‑to‑end product delivery.
- Experience engaging and influencing senior executives.
