• Own and evolve the global measurement framework for our global tentpoles and social priority titles.
• Build and maintain dynamic dashboards and reporting processes to track and communicate performance metrics internally.
• Oversee managed services agency relationships, operationalizing their scope to optimize reporting capabilities and ensure alignment with team needs.
• Translate key business questions related to audience, content, or channel into research and analysis, defining the sets of data required for each project.
• Manage the team’s goal setting and tracking program and present results to senior leaders.
• Counsel social media managers on storytelling with data, prioritizing metrics, and drawing actionable insights.
• Lead social listening efforts to better understand audiences and key communication topics.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with analytics, reporting, and research teams to develop best practices, benchmarks, and insights.
• Proactively identify and implement process improvements to streamline reporting workflows, enhance data visualization, and increase operational efficiency.
• Drive innovation in reporting methodologies to ensure deliverables are actionable, digestible, and impactful for stakeholders.
• Be resourceful and creative to overcome obstacles and turn challenges into opportunities.

• 6+ years of professional marketing experience (non‑internship).
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and analysis.
• Experience building, executing, and scaling cross‑functional marketing programs.
• Experience communicating results to senior leadership.
• Experience presenting metrics and progress to senior leadership.
• 4+ years in a social, marketing, or business analytics role.

• Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements.
• Experience translating data into insights, preferably with a focus in marketing or social media.

Base pay ranges from $112,800 to $186,500 per year, depending on geographic market. Additional equity, sign‑on payments, and a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits may be provided.
