Executive Director PX Analytics

For our client, we are seeking an Executive Director People Experience (px) Analytics to join the team of a leader in the Media space. This role will advance people and talent initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and employee experience. You will collaborate with business leaders, HR partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to align workforce priorities with business objectives. The position offers the opportunity to influence culture, talent strategy, and scalable people operations within a Media environment.

Location:

Culver City, CA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $205,000 – $250,000 annually

• Lead development of actionable dashboards and reporting for PX leaders
• Conduct ad hoc analyses to support strategic business decisions
• Update P&O leadership on workforce metrics and insights
• Optimize employee engagement surveys and analyze trends
• Implement AI-driven solutions for streamlined reporting and insights
• Integrate analytics across workforce and workplace data for strategic planning
• Deliver insights on workplace utilization and employee experience

• 10+ years in people analytics, data analytics, or related fields
• 3+ years managing high-performing analytics teams, ideally in entertainment
• Proven track record of scaling analytics capabilities in established organizations
• Strong ability to influence strategic decisions with data-driven insights
• Expertise in developing people metrics and trend analysis
