Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Application Service Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end service delivery across critical enterprise applications including Web Platforms, Integration Services, SAP landscapes, APIs, and business‑critical digital services. The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong operational decision‑making, stakeholder management, incident governance, service improvement, and Service Now expertise. This role requires someone who can challenge assumptions, evaluate business impact, drive prioritization, and make informed decisions during high‑pressure situations rather than relying solely on process theory.
Must be able to explain MTTR calculation, SLA definitions, SLA breach prevention, incident prioritization models and Service Now reporting framework.
