Senior Project Manager - Digital Platforms, Ads & Analytics

Description

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead cross-functional delivery across digital platforms, including advertising, analytics, and monetization initiatives. This role partners closely with Product, Engineering, Analytics, Ad Operations, Data, and Revenue teams to plan, execute, and deliver complex programs that support growth, monetization, and measurement across our digital portfolio. This role is highly execution-focused and accountable for end-to-end delivery-from discovery and requirements through launch readiness, risk management, and stakeholder communication-across multiple parallel work streams.

Delivery & Program Management Own delivery for complex digital initiatives across web, mobile, and other digital platforms Translate product and business goals into clear execution plans, milestones, and delivery timelines Manage sprint planning, backlog grooming, release coordination, and cross-team dependencies Cross-Functional Leadership Serve as the primary execution partner to Product Managers, Engineering leads, Analytics, and Revenue stakeholders Lead discovery and planning sessions to ensure accurate scoping and alignment before development begins Drive clarity and accountability across teams operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments Ads, Analytics & Monetization Enablement Support delivery of advertising, analytics, and monetization capabilities (e.g., instrumentation, integrations, reporting enablement) Coordinate dependencies across engineering, analytics, ad operations, and data teams to unblock delivery Ensure initiatives meet launch readiness and measurement requirements Risk & Stakeholder Communication Own regular status reporting with clear communication of progress, risks, and mitigation plans Proactively surface delivery risks related to scope, resourcing, or technical dependencies Maintain project documentation and execution workflows using tools such as Asana, Jira, and Confluence

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $60.00/hr.
