OverviewPrime Video is a first-stop entertainment destination offering customers a vast collection of premium programming in one app available across thousands of devices. Prime members can customize their viewing experience and find their favorite movies, series, documentaries, and live sports - including Amazon MGM Studios-produced series and movies; licensed fan favorites; and programming from Prime Video add-on subscriptions such as Apple TV+, Max, Crunchyroll and MGM+.
All customers, regardless of whether they have a Prime membership or not, can rent or buy titles via the Prime Video Store, and can enjoy even more content for free with ads.
As the Principal Product Manager – Tech, Marketing Asset Supply Chain, you will be the driving force behind a transformative initiative that touches every aspect of our entertainment marketing operations. You will own the end‑to‑end technical vision and execution of a comprehensive marketing technology suite that includes digital asset management, workflow automation, and analytics capabilities. This platform will serve as the backbone of our global marketing operations, enabling teams to work more efficiently, make data‑driven decisions, and scale our marketing efforts effectively across regions.
Key Responsibilities- Own and drive the technical vision, strategy, and roadmap for a transformative marketing technology platform
- Partner with marketing leadership to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Lead the development of an integrated suite including campaign planning, digital asset management, creative workflow tools, trafficking solutions, and analytics platforms
- Define and standardize workflows across global marketing organizations
- Make strategic decisions about build versus buy technology solutions
- Drive cross‑functional alignment across multiple stakeholder groups including Studios, Programming, and Regional Marketing teams
- Develop metrics and success criteria for measuring impact and ROI
- Lead and mentor product managers across the platform’s suite of products
- 2+ years of end‑to‑end product delivery experience
- 8+ years of technical product or program management experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience with feature delivery and trade‑offs of a product
- Experience owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience in technical product management
- Experience working directly with engineers on product enhancements
- Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement
- Experience in digital asset management, asset supply chain, and digital marketing campaign operations within subscription video on‑demand, over‑the‑top streaming television products and industry
